Doing Business Responsibly
Society has increasingly high expectations for ethical behavior from global healthcare companies – expectations that very often go beyond what is legally required. We are taking steps to ensure our standards align with these expectations
Transparency
Our commitment: improving health through responsible business. We are committed to creating a culture of integrity and we believe that, as a global leader in healthcare, we have a responsibility to serve as a role model in how we conduct our business. We focus our corporate responsibility work on two areas that underscore our mission, expanding access to healthcare and doing business responsibly. We care for our associates, contribute to our local communities, and strive to operate with high integrity and transparency.
Code of Ethics
Novartis is committed to ensuring our associates are empowered to do what’s right. On September 01, 2020, we introduced a new Code of Ethics for Novartis. Created by our associates, for our associates, our new Code is a collection of our commitments to ethical standards across our business.
Health, Safety & Environment
We strive to make efficient use of natural resources and to minimize the environmental impact of our activities and products
